I have worked for myself for 40 years. People are fickle and although they see the guidelines as they enter a site and click ok they still don't know what's they clicked on! Makes me wonder about the type of people that did the clicking! As for me and my wife we find their business guidelines reasonable, doable, and honest. We are proud to be with Niche marketing .!!

I've been a member for 6 years now and was able to successfully create a profitable business based on their lessons in about 1 year. The community was very helpful, and I still use their service for the webinars and hosting even though I don't need the basic training any more.

I became a member of the wealthy affiliate website on the 28th Nov 2014. And like most was not aware that this was an auto renewing subscription and was rebilled the following year. I contacted the owners and **** gave me a refund for the renewal and confirmed with me by email on 21st Dec 2015 that my account was closed.
Now in November of 2016 I was once again charged a renewal. I contacted ****** saying that this was not authorised. They said that this is not considered unauthorized because I entered a payment agreement with them on the 28th of Nov 2014. But that payment agreement became void on 21st of Dec 2015 when my account got closed.
I contacted both the owners through the private messaging service on their website explaining this situation and asking for a refund. The next day I was cut off from access to the website with no response. I have made several attempts the contact both owners by email but do not get any response from either. And most importantly still no refund.
Now in November of 2016 I was once again charged a renewal. I contacted ****** saying that this was not authorised. I have been with ****** ******for about 5 months now and I love it. The comunity is very welcoming and supportive. Everything is very well put together and there are no hidden fees or upgrades after going premium and no pressure to go premium. I knew after only 2 days that I was hooked on the training and loved the experience.

The seller not refund my whole year membership fee
The Seller(Niche Marketing Inc.),www.wealthyaffiliate.com, charge me over my Paypal account one year membership fee (from 1/2016 to 1/2017) without my permission. I raised dispute with paypal on 26/1/2016, Paypal send email to the seller on 26/1 and 29/1, but the seller still deducted the money USD*** on 4/2. I email to the seller ask to refund on 5/2, 6/2, 11/2, but without any response.
So I need BBB to help chase the seller to refund my membership fee back to me as I clearly let them know I don't need their service anymore and they can't still charge me one year membership fee till 26/1/2017!

Was in trial period, felt extremely pressured to make the purchase by many people & made the subscription purchase without knowing everything. Less than 24 hrs later I contacted the owner explaining my situation and why I wish to cancel with a refund.

I have been a WA member for almost four months. All of lessons, trainings and tutorials are up-to-date, complete and well presented. All of the resources one needs to apply what has been learned are on the site. In addition, the membership community is awesome; members are friendly, empathetic, encouraging and helpful. The communication between them and with the owners is respectful, open and friendly. The cost is modest and there are no hidden or unanticipated costs. It is truly like a University for learning how to create a web presence that will lead to earnings. I have recommended WA to a number of people and will continue to do so. Before WA, I tried some other sites which ended up trying to sell special services for many thousands of dollars. WA is not like that at all. Being a member of WA has been a positive experience for me in all respects.

On this past Memorial Day, I had my write access revoked without any warning or reason during a "Live Chat" session.
What I really object to is that they are intent on charging me for a "Premium Membership" even after cutting off ANY means I have to communicate with them.

Wealthy Affiliate is a most incredible learning platform for people who want to build their own business online. University offers free hosting, keyword research tools and great learning courses. I wish I could join Wealthy Affiliate earlier.
I think as long as the BBB is doing there job the least you can do is get a free education and learn how to help how to network with in a community of like minded individuals. Don't pay to play unless you gonna play for keeps!
